She was born April 20, 1921 in New Philadelphia, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Frank and Stacha Mastako Duda. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Belba who died in December of 1994. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother Frank A. Duda and a sister Mary K. Peacock.
She was a former employee of the General Telephone Company, the former Belmont Stamping Co., and Custom Coaters at Dover, although she was primarily a homemaker. She was a former member of the New Philadelphia United Methodist Church. She welcomed the challenge of a crossword puzzle, and also enjoyed gardening.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. John D. (Diann) Storrie, a grandson John T. Storrie, all of Sherrodsville, O., a nephew Larry (Bev) Peacock of Dover and a niece Mrs. Larry (Patricia) Addy of Midvale, O.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon Wednesday in the Baxter-Gardner Funeral Home with Rev. Harry Milligan officiating. Interment will follow in the Ridgecrest Memory Gardens at Dover.
