Browns Fans Include Total Morons

Derek Anderson is officially out for the remainder of the Cleveland Browns’ season. The quarterback was injured while being sacked late in the game against Indianapolis on Sunday, with a torn medial collateral ligament revealed by MRI. With Brady Quinn’s finger previously broken, the Browns are now leaning on third string quarterback Ken Dorsey and special teams ace/former college quarterback Joshua Cribbs to handle the offense. Worse than the injury itself to Anderson is the fact that some people in Cleveland actually cheered the injury. No amount of beer, or idol-worship for Quinn or any other factor can forgive someone for doing that. What exactly has Anderson done that would lend itself to having another person wishing injury upon him? Plucked off the Ravens’ scrap heap, all DA did last year was lead the Browns to a 10-6 record and make the Pro Bowl roster. He did not perform as well in 2008, but certainly had the same goal(s) in mind as you would assume the FANS have. I concur that when you pay a large sum of money to attend a game that you have the right to voice your opinion (in non-offensive language), but to cheer anyone’s possible career-ending injury is inexcusable.
