She married Richard (Bus) Dooling on May 28, 1935. She and her husband operated Tappan Lake Antiques until his death on September 23, 1971. Earlier, she was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad ticket office in Columbus and the Twin City Pharmacy.
She is survived by a sister Joan E. Mosher of Umatilla, Fla.; a daughter Jill (Tom) Simmelink of New Philadelphia; a son Richard (Carolyn) Dooling of Holly Hills, Fla; four grandchildren Kellie (Scott) Wilkie of Aliso Viejo, Calif, Julie (Doug) Dodrill of Chicago, Troy Dooling of Nakomis, Fla. and Mike Jenkins of New Jersey; seven great grandchildren and a niece Carol Mosher of Umatilla, Fla.
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a sister Betty Ann and a brother John C. “Jack” Spear.
According to her her wishes there will be no calling hours and graveside services will be held for immediate family members. The family suggests memorial donations to Community Hospice of Tuscarawas County at 716 Commercial Ave. S.W. New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663.
