Two former Midvale residents face drug charges following an undercover investigation.
 
Angela M. Kelly, 45, and Tracey A. Howell, 47, each face two felony counts of Trafficking in Drugs involving Oxycodone and Cocaine.
 
Kelly was arrested Tuesday in New Philadelphia.  Howell was served with a Warrant on Indictment Wednesday at the Tuscarawas County Jail.
 
L.E.A.D Detectives say an undercover investigation took place at their former residence in Midvale with both Kelly and Howell making the illegal drug sales to an undercover detective and a confidential informant.  
 
The pair is being held in the county jail pending arraignment in Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court.
