A Dundee man will spend time behind bars on two counts of Gross Sexual Imposition. 
 
26-year old Stephen Weaver was sentenced Thursday in Holmes County Common Pleas Court to one year in prison on each count.  Judge Robert Rinfret also designated Weaver a Tier II sex offender. 

Also in common pleas court Thursday, 27-year old Christina Johnson of Millersburg was sentenced to 12 months in the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville and six months in the Holmes County jail on one count of Attempted Endangering Children.
 
And Judge Rinfret sentenced 57-year old Roy Cornwell of Millersburg to twelve months in prison and twelve months of house arrest on one count of Attempted Endangering Children.
