Mary Alice Reporting:
(Thursday, December 6th) Dover, Ohio – Community Mental Healthcare has once again earned the highest level of accreditation.
After an intense review from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), CMH is announcing that they have received a three-year accreditation period.
Marketing Compliance Coordinator Miles Riley explains that during the process, CARF looks at how well CMH is meeting their standards.
The four-day review includes interviews with staff and clients.
“And they’re looking at the financials, at our policies, the privacy standards so, to have that highest accreditations since 2006, it’s pretty remarkable and it really shows that it’s a group effort.”
Community Mental Health offers behavior health services, such as group counseling, crisis intervention, and school-based counseling; however, Riley says that the organization is continually expanding.
