Hidden in Plain Sight Display Revisits Twin Cities

(Friday, October 6th) Dennison, Ohio – Drug prevention efforts are continuing and a local group is bringing back the display “Hidden in Plain Sight” to the Uhrichsville and Dennison area on Monday.

Officials with It Takes a Village report the interactive program will provide information and tips to parents about where teenagers may hide substances and how to spot risky behaviors. Topics discussed during the presentation may include underage drinking, technology, and self-harm.

Attending the Monday, October 9th presentation will be officials throughout Tuscarawas County, such as Sheriff Orvis Campbell, State Representative Al Landis, and the Tuscarawas Heroin Task Force.

The display, beginning at 5:30pm, will be in the Claymont Intermediate building auditorium on N. 3rd Street in Dennison.

You’re encouraged to come a little early to interact with the teenage bedroom setup that contains over 50 risky behaviors.
