Mary Alice Reporting – Summer Temptations: Keeping a Healthy Outlook is the topic for this Saturday’s event at the Dover Public Library.

This focus becomes more prevalent with cookouts and holidays in the summer months.

Library Director Jim Gill says the June 15th program will talk about how food temptations can sneak into daily life.

“This is the season for parties and how do you keep your motivation so that you have a healthy you. I think having goals is a big part of that and how to maintain those, and how to have fun.”

He points out that as everyone ages, taking care of one’s health should be a priority and the younger generation can also benefit by attending to learn wellness tips.

“There is certainly something for everyone wherever you are in the health spectrum or age. There’s honestly good information that you can incorporate.”

The free program, presented by Registered Nurse Michelle Dellacheisa, starts at 10 am in Dover Library’s community room. Find out more details by calling 330-343-6123.
