Lizzie A. Keim – December 16, 2017

Lizzie A. Keim 73 of 2525 CR 58 Millersburg died peacefully on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at her home following a battle with cancer.

She was born March 30, 1944 in Tuscarawas County to the late Alvin N. and Susie J. (Mast) Yoder. She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church. She is survived by her husband Roy O. Keim whom she married October 6, 1964; her 9 sons and 6 daughters Daniel (Elsie) of Dundee, David (Betty) of Fresno, Alvin (Mary) of Baltic, Susie of Millersburg, Ervin (Ada Mae) of Fremont, Michigan, Mose (Leona) of Millersburg, Fannie of Millersburg, Lucinda of the home, Anna (Jonas Jr.) Miller of Fresno, Clara of the home, Roy Jr. (Rachel) of Killbuck, Mary of the home, Oren (Arlene) of Millersburg, Andy of the home, and Joseph (Mary) of Millersburg, 53 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, brothers Dan of Dundee, Jacob (Ella) of Dundee, Andy (Edna) of Sugarcreek, sisters Katie (Levi) Raber of Millersburg, Anna (Melvin H.) Miller of Millersburg, 1 sister-in- law Malinda (Tobie) Ropp of Jamesport, Missouri, 1 brother-in- law John Erb of Millersburg, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Henry, her sister Mattie Erb, 2 sisters-in-law Dena Yoder and Katie Yoder, and 2 great grandchildren Leon and Abby Rose.

Services will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at 9:00 AM at the Jerry Mast Residence 2486 CR 58 Millersburg with Bishop Jerry Mast officiating. Burial will follow in the Yoder Cemetery in Mechanic Twp., Holmes County. Friends may call anytime after Noon on Sunday and anytime on Monday. Arrangements are being handle by Smith-Varns Funeral Home in Sugarcreek. The family would like to thank LifeCare Hospice for their help, also to family friends, neighbors and church. It was greatly appreciated.
