Michael D. Bell, 55, of New Philadelphia died Saturday, January 13, 2018 after injuries sustained in a car accident.
Born on November 20, 1962 in Dover he was a son of the late David Bell and Mary Kay Francis. Mike was also preceded in death by his brother, Greg Bell and father in law, Andy Struhar.
He graduated in 1981 from Arcadia High school and then joined the United States Navy. Following his discharge, he became a truck driver, and was currently driving for B&L Trucking in Winesburg. Mike loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Susan Struhar Bell; children, Erin, Jeremy and Michael Bell II all of New Philadelphia; sister, Shelly (Larry) Litman of Dennison; half-brothers, Chris (Shawn) Kemper, Larry Kohler; half-sisters, Linda Greene, Tanya Bell; step-sisters, Lisa (Rick) Bustillo and Teresa (Dave) Geer; mother in law, Clara Struhar and his step-mother, Michelle Bell.
