Mineral City Fire Chief, Sam Moore, confirmed crews were called to the Tuscarawas County Water and Sewer Plant on Dover Zoar Road around 6:45 a.m. Saturday morning.

He explained that the fire was fully involved upon arrival.

“It was arson,” he added. “They used and accelerate to light the trailer on fire”

Chief Moore noted that they have not determined how much damage was done.

“They had a bunch of tools and a desk and everything in there now and they’re doing an inventory now of what they lost.”
