Noah R. Miller – March 8, 2018

Noah R. Miller 79 of 5018 TR 353 Millersburg died Thursday, March 8, 2018 at his residence following a period of declining health.

He was born February 19, 1939 in Millersburg to the late Roman D. and Edna (Stutzman) Miller.  He was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church and was Ordained to the Ministry on October 5, 1969.

He is survived by his wife, the former Fannie N. Yoder, born to this union are 5 sons and 3 daughters; Dennis Miller and David (Laura) Miller both of the home, Martha (Paul) Yoder of Dundee, Roy (Dorothy) Miller Sugarcreek, Elsie (John) Raber of Millersburg, Roman Miller of Dundee, Vernon (Naomi) Miller of Millersburg and Miriam (Melvin) Raber of Baltic, 41 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, brothers Roy (Mary) Miller of Quaker City and Aden (Amanda) Miller of Sugarcreek, sisters Susie (Melvin) Raber of Sugarcreek, Mary (Wallace) Zook of Millersburg, Lydia Ann (Dan) Yoder of Sugarcreek, Esther (Eli) Miller of Millersburg, 4 step sisters and 2 step sister-in-law.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by twin sons, a daughter-in-law and 2 granddaughters.

Services will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 9:00 AM at the Miller Residence with Bishop Reuben M. Schlabach officiating. Burial will be in the Miller Cemetery in Berlin Twp., Holmes County.  Friends may call anytime at the Residence. Arrangements are being handled by Smith-Varns Funeral Home in Sugarcreek.
