OSP Locates Crashed Vehicle, but No Driver

(Thursday, November 30th) Bolivar, Ohio – The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating after troopers were called to a car on its roof, but found no one inside the vehicle.

On Wednesday around 10:30 p.m. troopers responded to a one-vehicle crash in the 8000 block of Dover-Zoar road near Bolivar.

Troopers confirmed that upon arrival they found an SUV flipped onto its roof in the ditch but were unable to locate the driver or any passengers.

The vehicle was towed and troopers are now working to locate those involved in the crash.
