Delores Brady, age 84, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2011at Park Village Assisted Living in Dover, Ohio. Born March 15, 1927 in Frostburg to the late William J. Hahn and Emma Blocher. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband James Joseph Brady whom she married April 22, 1950.
Delores was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church and a past member of Women of the Moose #348. She retired from Frostburg Community Hospital in the Admitting and Billing Department; and a former Kelly Springfield Tire Company employee working in the Business Department.
Surviving is her son, William Joseph Brady and wife, Mary from Katy, TX; and daughter, Gayle Leggett and husband Ed, from New Philadelphia, Ohio; two granddaughters, Kelly Brady, from Katy, TX and Ryan Brady Dorn and husband Jason from Katy, TX; two grandsons, Jason Brady Leggett, New Philadelphia, OH and Justin Hahn Leggett, New Philadelphia, OH. Also surviving is a sister, Billie Elizabeth Powers, from Albuquerque, NM.
Family and friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home P.A., 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 from 7 to 9 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Michaels Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Msgr. Paul Byrnes as celebrant.
Interment will be in the Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery, Flintstone, Md.
