A well known comedian, actor, and best selling author is coming to the Performing Arts Center in New Philadelphia. General Manager Mike Morelli says Bill Cosby will perform at the center on August 24th at 7:30 p.m.
Morelli says they’ve been trying to get Cosby to come to the center for about three years.
Cosby has starred in such television shows as I Spy and The Cosby Show. He also created and produced the Emmy-winning cartoon Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids.
Morelli says it’s an honor to have Cosby perform at the center.
Morelli says he anticipates that tickets will sell very quickly and he encourages the public to buy early.
Tickets for Bill Cosby are $49-$79 and go on sale June 14. Performing Arts Center members can purchase tickets beginning June 11 at 8 a.m.
