This week marks National HIV Testing Week.


New Philadelphia City Health Department Health Commissioner Vickie Ionno says it’s important for everyone to know their HIV status.
 
            
 
Ionno says the department has been offering free HIV testing since March.
 
            
 
Ionno says the test is fairly quick and easy.
 
            
 
Ionno says around 46 people have been tested since March.
 
            
 
The New Philadelphia City Health Department is offering extended hours this week, from 8 am to 11:30 am and from 1 pm to 4 pm.
