Atwood Lake Park is coming “Alive” this Wednesday.
Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District Public Information Officer Darrin Lautenschleger says this is the third year the festival is being held at the park.
Lautenschleger says thousands of people descend on the park every year for the event.
Lautenschleger says a large number of high school and college aged students tend take part in the festival, which he says bodes well for the park.
Lautenschleger says the festival also provides an economic boost for Tuscarawas, Carroll, and surrounding counties.
Lautenschleger says the festival features more than 70 artists.
Many of the weeks events get underway at 4 o’clock each day.
