Two area men were arrested Thursday on separate Tuscarawas County Grand Jury indictments for felony Trafficking in Drugs. 
 
L.E.A.D detectives says Robert L. Patterson, 61, of 10124 Kleski Road Southeast in Rush Township is accused of selling marijuana as well as 70 Hydrocodone prescription pills out of his home to undercover agents on three separate occasions. 
 
Justin M. Hayhurst, 21, of 106 Union Avenue, Dover allegedly sold marijuana out of his residence to undercover agents on three separate occasions.  He’s also accused of an additional sale of 51 Clonazepam prescription pills. 
 
Both Hayhurst and Patterson are being held in the Tuscarawas County Jail pending arraignment in county common pleas court.
 
Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Deputies and Dover Police assisted L.E.A.D detectives in making the arrests.
