The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District is celebrating the Fourth of July with a host of fireworks displays.
 
MWCD Public Affairs Administrator Darrin Lautenschleger says MWCD lake parks have several fireworks shows planned throughout the week.
 

 
Lautenschleger says fireworks are also planned Saturday at Charles Mill.
 
He says all five lake parks offer a variety of ways to enjoy outdoor recreation.
 

 
He says for a special treat later this summer, Pleasant Hill Lake Park will host its annual fireworks show on Saturday, July 21, during its Christmas in July event.
