The 162^nd annual Carroll County Fair begins its six day run Tuesday.
 
Fair board President Ed Trushel says a new addition to this year’s fair is a 70’ by 140’ junior fair barn. 
 
He says they’ve been working on this project for the last several years. 
 

 
This year’s fair also features plenty of entertainment.     
 
Trushel says the Open to the World Horse Pull kicks off the grandstand entertainment Tuesday evening.
 

 
Rounding out the week are the Mod Rod Pullers and the annual combine and auto demolition derbies on Sunday.  
 
Admission is $5 daily.  Trushel says that’s quite a bargain for all that you get.
