Two teens are facing charges in connection with an early Monday morning robbery.
 
Nineteen-year-old Vanessa Danielle McClintock-Ellwood remains at the Tuscarawas County Jail on a robbery charge and a seventeen-year-old male remains at the Multi-County Juvenile Attention Center after allegedly robbing the Circle K on Tuscarawas Avenue.
 
According to reports, the pair, wearing bandannas, pulled out a gun, later determined to be a BB gun, demanded cash and cigarettes and fled the scene.
 
The Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s K-9 unit was called in to assist with the investigation and was able to track down the suspects to a nearby home on Seventh Street.
 
According to reports, stolen cigarettes and a black bandanna were also located in the backyard of the residence.
 
Once a final report is complete, it is expected to be sent to the Tuscarawas County Prosecutor’s Office for further review.
