The Tuscarawas County Child Support Enforcement Agency is marking Child Support Awareness Month.
 
Director and Prosecutor Traci Berry says this year’s theme is “Support Your Children, Support Their Dreams.”
 
Berry says the county currently services 8,042 open cases which encompasses 10,188 children.
 
            

Berry says the CSEA is also partnering with Ohio Legal Services and the Tuscarawas County Bar Association for a free, Family Law Legal Clinic next Wednesday, the 22nd.
 
            

Berry says caseworkers will also be on hand to discuss various support issues and sign up clients for access to a new state web portal.
 
            

Again, the clinic is being held next Wednesday, the 22nd from 5 to 8 pm at the CSEA.
 
The CSEA helps families by establishing paternity, child support and medical orders, modifying child support orders, and enforcing and collecting child, spousal and medical support. 
 
Berry says CSEA’s goal is to provide the best service possible to families and also educate the public about the child support program.
