The Ohio State University Extension and the Tuscarawas County Cattle Association are hosting a meeting for area beef producers Thursday.
 
Ohio State University Extension Beef Specialist Dr. Steve Boyles is expected to discuss management strategies available to farmers in connection with current drought conditions.

Natural Resources Conservation Service District Conservationist Harry Kenney and a veterinarian with the Sugarcreek Animal Clinic are also expected to be on hand for the meeting which is set to get underway at 7pm at the Sugarcreek Livestock Auction Barn.
