The Tuscarawas County Public Library System is now offering free music downloads.   
 
Director Michelle McMorrow Ramsell says they’re happy to offer Freegal, a free and legal downloadable music service as an option for music lovers who come to the library. 
           
            

All you need to use the service is your library card and PIN. 
 
Ramsell says patrons can download up to three music tracks each week.
