President and CEO Dan Flowers says hunger continues to be an issue in the area.
Flowers says over 200-thousand people in the region deal with food insecurity each and every day.
He says to assist with continued funding efforts the foodbanks annual Taste of the NFL event is being held Tuesday at the Pro Football Hall of Fame
Flowers says a host of Hall of Fame Enshrinees are attending the event.
Again, the event is being held at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton from 5:30 to 9 on Tuesday.
