Jeffrey Lynn Fisher, age 58, of New Philadelphia, died Tuesday, September 18, 2012 in his home following a brief illness.
A son of the late Gene H. and Dorothy L. (Espenschied) Fisher, Jeffrey was born in Union Hospital at Dover on October 18, 1953.
In his early years, Jeffrey attended Stone Creek School and later attended New Philadelphia City Schools. Jeffrey enjoyed the companionship of his cat, Marbles, listening to music, and surfing the internet.
He is survived by a brother, Bob (Nancy) Hamilton of New Philadelphia. Other survivors include his children, grandchildren, an uncle, and numerous nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Jeffrey is preceded in death by an infant daughter and two sisters, June Ohler Green and Lone Yvonne Ohler.
Cremation will take place through Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory at Dover. A private burial in the Evergreen Burial Park at New Philadelphia is planned.
