Scott Yaeger, Radius Hospitality President, says some parts of the building have been updated while other areas have undergone a complete transformation.
Yaeger says he’s pleased with how well the project is progressing.
Meanwhile, Yaeger says work continues on the par 3 which should be open to the public in May or June of next year (2013).
Yaeger says feedback from the public has been amazing so far.
The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) donated the 104-room resort to Carroll County earlier this year.
The county in turn entered into a five-year lease agreement with Radius Hospitality to operate the facility and surrounding 500 acres.
