A Newcomerstown man faces one felony count of Trafficking in Drugs. 
 
27-year old Charles Garbrandt of Goodrich Street was served with a Tuscarawas County Warrant on Indictment at the county jail where he is currently serving an eleven day sentence for violating his probation in September on an unrelated charge. 
 
LEAD Task Force Detectives say the current drug trafficking charge stems from an undercover buy from Garbrandt in Uhrichsville. 
 
Garbrandt was arraigned in Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court and received a Personal Recognizance bond.
 
A trial date will be set at a later time.
 
Detectives say an additional arrest of another person involved in this case is expected soon.
