Bike and Brew to Benefit Towpath Trail

Everyone’s invited to join the fun this weekend in Zoar.

The 3rd annual “Bike and Brew” event will be held Saturday.

Brittany Lewis, Ohio and Erie Canalway Coalition Events Coordinator, says an optional bicycle ride along the Towpath Trail kicks off the festivities at 4 p.m.

Lewis says also on tap Saturday is plenty of good food and musical entertainment.

Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 the day of the event; $5 for children from 5 to 16; 4 and under are free.

Lewis says proceeds for “Bike and Brew” benefit the Ohio and Erie Canalway Coalition in its efforts to develop the Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail in Tuscarawas County.
