Mayor Terry Culbertson says the city already has a curfew in place. Because of Halloween approaching, however, he says anyone under the age of 18 will adhere to a 9pm curfew from Monday, October 15th through Wednesday October 31st.
Culbertson says the adjusted curfew is not something new.
Once again, the 9pm curfew will go into effect this Monday and run through Halloween night. Culbertson says children will be notified of the curfew with the sounding of a siren from the city's fire department each night.
