A Dennison man accused of having Heroin in his possession will appear in court later this month.
L.E.A.D detectives say 28-year old Charles Nathan McIntyre was served Monday at the Tuscarawas County Jail with a grand jury indictment for one felony count of Possession of Drugs.
McIntyre has been held at the jail since late August for violating terms of his probation.
Detectives say two small containers of suspected illegal narcotics were found at McIntyre’s house. Lab results found the items contained 4.5 grams of Heroin, valued on the street at about $600.
McIntyre is scheduled to be arraigned in Tuscarawas County Common Pleas Court on October 29th.
