Board of DD Seeks Voter Approval of Renewal Levy

The Tuscarawas County Board of Developmental Disabilities is asking voters to renew a 1.7 mill levy on the November 6th ballot.

Superintendent Natalie Lupi says this levy provides essential funding for the board.

Lupi says the board has always tried to make local tax dollars stretch as far as possible.

Lupi says the $1.9 million that this levy generates annually is used to fund a host of services.

Again, the 1.7 mill renewal levy for the Tuscarawas County Board of Developmental Disabilities will appear on the November 6th ballot as Issue 39.
