Employees in the village of Dennison could soon see some slight changes to both their pay rates and their health insurance.
Finance Committee Chair Greg DiDonato says the village works with AultCare to provide health insurance to its employees and says those who opt for the coverage will see a slight increase in their rates.

DiDonato says the committee is also recommending a slight pay raise for full-time employees, who received their last raise three years ago.
Despite a good financial report, DiDonato says one concern is that the village currently has no significant source of money to address capital improvements.
DiDonato says an ordinance authorizing the proposed pay raise will be presented at council’s next regularly scheduled meeting. If approved, the raise will go into effect beginning with the first pay period of 2013.
