The library’s participation in the Share-A-Christmas program is underway. Debbie Tristano, Assistant Director and Adult Services Manager, says there are many items that can be donated for this campaign.
Tristano says only non-perishable foods can be accepted for Share-A-Christmas.
Tristano says toys, books and clothes will be collected at the library through Saturday, December 8th while the deadline for food donations is Monday, December 10th.
To help raise money for Share-A-Christmas, Tristano says library employees are buying the privilege to dress down while at work.
The Tuscarawas County Public Library is accepting items for this event at their locations in New Philadelphia, Bolivar, Strasburg, Sugarcreek and Tuscarawas.
