Councilman Dan Lanzer says the meeting in council chambers will focus on the area of land known as the NP2R trail.
Lanzer says the city has owned the land for nearly sixty years.
Lanzer says the meeting will be open to public input.
Again, the meeting will be held Monday, December 10th at 6:45pm in council chambers.
