She was a former teacher, home maker, a farmer’s wife for many years, enjoyed gardening and was a member of the First United Church of Christ at Sugarcreek. She was married October 4, 1953 to Charles A. Crilow and he died November 4, 1990.
She is survived by her daughters Charlene Crilow of the home and Karen Brooks of Sugarcreek and also surviving her is Forrest Brooks of Sugarcreek.
In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded by her daughter Patricia Crilow.
Private family services will be held on Friday, December 21, 2012 at Smith-Varns Funeral Home at Sugarcreek with Pastors Eric Rummel and Welton Stein officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday 4-7 PM at Smith-Varns Funeral Home at Sugarcreek.
