Kathrine M. "Katy" Shaw, 73, of Newcomerstown. O. died Tuesday, January 01, 2013 at Community Hospice House, New Philadelphia, O. She was born August 11, 1939 to the late Robert and Cassie (Tennant) Renner.
She retired from Kurz-Kasch after 30 years of service. She enjoyed her family and watchingNASCAR. She is survived by her husband, Russell Shaw, whom she married on January 6, 1957.
She is also survived by a daughter, Donna Harvey of Newcomerstown; a son, Bob Shaw and wife Faith of West Lafayette; four grandchildren, Brad Harvey, Shannon (Dan) Gray, Gauge Shaw, and Cassie Shaw; four great-grandchildren, Brady Patterson, Declan Gray, Brynley Harvey, and Laynie Harvey.
Services will be Friday, January 04, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Addy Funeral Home with Pastor Carl Cutlip officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery, Newcomerstown. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 03, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Addy Funeral Home.
