Finance Committee Chair Greg DiDonato says the village has a healthy carryover from 2012.
Despite the good start for 2013, DiDonato says something that continues to be an issue is paving.
Village Fiscal Officer Kathy Norman says she would like to sit down with department heads and other officials to figure out more clear-cut financial figures.
Norman notes that a key component to the appropriations is a pay increase that council awarded to village employees late last year.
