A six-week program called Healthy Habits for Life will be held at the library every Tuesday from January 8th through February 12th at 6:30pm each night.
Library director Jim Gill says they are partnering with the Tuscarawas County Ohio State University Extension office and Super fitness for the one-hour sessions.
Gill says information given during the program is intended to help establish lifelong eating and activity habits.
Gill says he believes this six-week program will be helpful in reinforcing the material taught during the class.
Healthy snacks will be provided at each week’s session. Gill says there is a $15 fee for this series and class size is limited.
