Tracie was a graduate of New Philadelphia High School in 1990. She was a member of the color guard and was a majorette for New Philadelphia Quakers. Tracie enjoyed going each weekend to the moto-cross races to watch Tanner #75 race. She was a devoted wife and mother and enjoyed her dogs.
Tracie is survived by her husband, Terry Allen Stine. They were married November 18, 1997.
In addition to her husband she was survived by her mother who passed away a few hours later in Trinity West Hospital, Steubenville. She is also survived by two step-daughters: Shannon Lynn (Rocky) Moore of Gnadenhutten and Brittany Sue (Roger) Bloom of Gnadenhutten; step-granddaughter, Cloey Moore of Gnadenhutten; two brothers, Steven M. Allen of Tuscarawas and Bruce (Deborah) Allen of Tuscarawas; mother-in-law, Helen Barker of Freeport; father-in-law and his wife: Ron and Linda Stine of Cadiz; nieces and nephews: Chase Allen of Tuscarawas, Kennedy Allen of Tuscarawas, and Corey Allen of Newcomerstown, and numerous other family members and friends.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son, Tanner Allen Stine who died May 8, 2011; and a niece Courtney Allen on February 5, 2007.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2013 in Freeport United Methodist Church with Pastor Jon Little officiating. Burial will follow in Greenmont Union Cemetery, Freeport. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, January 7, in the Freeport United Methodist Church.
