Mary M. Fluke, 95, of Carrollton, Ohio passed away January 16, 2013. She was born in North Warren, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Florence and Eugene Miller.
Mary graduated from St. Andrews High School for Girls in 1936 and Kent State University in 1941. She was a member of the Carrollton United Presbyterian Church, Carrollton Historical Society, board member of the Carroll Hills MRDD, and a lifelong member of TOPS. Mary was a retired teacher having worked in the Carroll County School System.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Mona Jean Fluke, and son, Ray Fluke. She is survived by sons, Dale of Minerva and Neil (Holly) of North Canton; two grandsons, Brandon (Molly) and Alex both of North Canton; granddaughter, Shelly (Jeff) Kelley of Hartville; brother, Dave Miller of Phoenix, Arizona; and a sister-in-law, Joann (John) Imdorf of Louisville.
A memorial service for Mary will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Mary's name be made to Carroll Hills Schools, 2167 Kensington Road NE, Carrollton, OH 4415.
