The Tuscarawas County Public Library in New Philadelphia will open at 10:00am, instead of their usual opening time of 9:00am today.

Harcatus Senior Center will be closed and there'll be no meal deliveries.

The middle school games between Newcomerstown and Hiland have been canceled.
