He graduated from Timken High School and retired from AT&T. He was preceded in death by his parents, Annabelle and Joseph Swab and William Swager; brothers, Bill and Curtis Swiger; sister, Wanda Parker; mother-in-law and grandson, Hayden Elliot Swiger.
Survived by his wife of 40 years, Judith A. Swiger; sons, Shaun D. Swiger and Timothy W. Locker II (Kimberly); sister, Dorothy (Tom) Russell; father-in-law, Leasure D. Fox; five grandchildren, Xavier and Ethan Swiger, Justin, Jessica and Sebastin Locker and three great grandchildren, Izayah, Brooklyn and Keegan Locker.
A Memorial service will be held Saturday at 3:00pm in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel with Rev. Bob Linsz officiating. Visitation with the family will be held two hours prior to the service from 1-3pm on Saturday.
