Muskingum Lakes Chapter executive director Chad Conrad says the program helps people understand their roles during the first 24 to 72 hours of a weather or medical emergency.
Conrad says these tools are designed to help plan for an emergency situation.
Among the features offered is a Ready Rating Store, which Conrad says offers emergency supplies.
