Landowners Asked to Share Water Quality Lab Results

Carroll Concerned Citizens is asking residents to share water quality results in order to help researchers track water trends.

CCC Chair Paul Feezel says “Data Days” has been planned for Saturday, February 16th from 9 am until noon at the Church of Christ in Carrollton.

Feezel says document scanners will be used to capture detailed lab results landowners have received from coal companies, oil and gas companies or from tests conducted directly by the landowner themselves.

Feezel says landowners can stipulate how the data may be shared.

Feezel says keeping close tabs on the county’s water is vital.

Feezel says he would like to hold this event several times per year.

Again, Saturday’s event will be held from 9am until noon at the Church of Christ located at 353 Moody Ave., in Carrollton.
