Born September 21, 1925 in Uhrichsville, O., Christine was the daughter of the late Henry D. and Ruby E. (Meese) Adamson.
On September 5, 1942, she married Robert D. Fairall, who preceded her in death on July 31, 2002; an infant son Frederick and son Robert D. Fairall Jr.
Christine is survived by her daughter-in-law Cathie Jo Fairall of Uhrichsville; 3 granddaughters Heather (Dr. Troy) Jones of Greenville, PA, Angela (Larry) Mills of Dover and Elizabeth (Doug) Morris of Uhrichsville; 7 great grandchildren Emily and Sarah Mills, Matthew, Andrew and Nicholas Jones and Madeline and Maxwell Morris.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her family always came first. She was a member of the First Christian Church, the Gray Ladies of Twin City Hospital, Cub Scout Den Mother, Arbutus Chapter #288 Order of the Eastern Star, Past Worthy High Priestess of the Uhrichsville White Shrine; Past Royal Matron of Tuscarawas Court of Order of Amaranth and Past Worthy Matron of Twin City Chapter Order of Eastern Star, 1983 Deputy Grand Matron of District 14, O.E.S., Grand Deputy of District 18, Order of Rainbow for Girls and received the Grand Cross of Color from the International Order.
Graveside services for Christine will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013, following calling hours, at the East Avenue Cemetery in New Philadelphia.
Calling hours will be Friday, March 8, 2013, from 11 to 1 p.m., at the Uhrich-Hostettler English Funeral Home, Inc. at Uhrichsville. The Arbutus Chapter #288 Order of the Eastern Star will conduct memorial services at 12:45.
