Rachel Ann Skinner



Rachel Ann Skinner, 54, of Cadiz, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Trinity Medical Center, West in Steubenville. She was born August 31, 1958 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late John and Shirley Dunlap Sterling.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Harrison Hills United Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by her husband Scott Skinner; a son Preston Skinner of Orlando, Florida; a daughter, Brittany Skinner of Cadiz; 3 sisters: Sue (John) Tweedy of Cadiz, Bonnie Johnson of Scio and Joy Tippie of Pinellas Park, Florida; a brother John Sterling, Jr. of Hopedale, Ohio and her dog Max.

Friends may call Friday, 2-4 and 6-8 at Harrison Hills United Pentecostal Church, 87800 Cadiz-Jewett Road, Jewett, where services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Kirt Denney officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hopedale, Ohio. The memorial guestbook may be signed at www.clark-kirkland.com.
