PASSPORT Program for the Elderly
The Area Agency on Aging's PASSPORT Program, is a Medicaid waiver program for the low-income elderly at risk of going to a nursing home. The program can provide personal care, homemaker services, home delivered meals, durable medical equipment, and other services to meet the needs of the elderly, sixty years of age and older, at little or no cost to the consumer.
