Carroll County Pasture Walk A Pasture Walk will be held on Saturday, September 11th at 2pm at the Steffen Dairy Farm. Those wishing to attend should meet at the Ag Expo at 4071 Meter Road NE, Mechanicstown near the main gate at 1:45pm. Visitors will be transported by wagon to the dairy farm. Dover Farmers’ Market The 31st annual Dover Farmer’s Market will be held on every Thursday from 7:30am to 10:30am through September 30th at Dover City Park near the entrance off of East 23rd Street. Tuscarawas Valley Family Farm Market The Tuscarawas Valley Family Farm Market will be held every Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm through October 3rd at the Tuscarawas County Fairgrounds in Dover, rain or shine. A wide variety of products will be available and different activities are planned for each week. The Market Grill will also be open every week with sandwiches and sides created from ingredients from the Market vendors. Newcomerstown Farmers Market
The Newcomerstown Farmers’ Market will be open every Fridaythrough October 8th from 9am to 1pm in the parking of the Newcomerstown Public Library, 123 East Main Street. Early sales will not be permitted for the safety of shopper. Vendors may begin setting up at 8am, and all products must be grown, raised or made by the vendor. No live animals may be sold. ODA Photography Contest
Enter your photographic interpretation of the “Life of a Farmer” in the third annual Ohio Department of Agriculture photo contest.
