Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Deputies and Officers with the Strasburg Police Department say they received a call from a Strasburg woman, early Wednesday morning, reporting that someone entered her garage overnight and stole some backpacks, from a car, housed in her garage on Yackey Drive Northwest.
After following some tracks in the melting snow and obtaining a warrant, to search a nearby home, Officials say 20-year-old Michael W. Clark of Strasburg, 24-year-old Justin A. Keeran of Strasburg and 22-year-old Cory R. Winkler of New Philadelphia were all transported to the Tuscarawas County Jail.
Officials say Clark is facing charges including breaking and entering, theft and theft of a dangerous drug, say that Keeran is being charged with breaking and entering, theft and failure to appear, and say that Winkler is facing charges of breaking and entering and theft.
Officials say 19-year-old Myranda L. Russell of Strasburg and 21-year-old Virginia L. Miller of New Philadelphia are also facing charges of obstructing official business.
